Ambika brings around 15 years of experience in hiring leaders within the AI, Data, Analytics, and Technology space. She is a horizontal practice search specialist with over a decade of expertise in executive search. She has worked as a trusted consultant to numerous client organizations and C-suites across various industry sectors.

In the past she was one of the early team members who had contributed to build a market visible super specialized search firm in India, focused on hiring leaders in AI, Analytics and Data Space. Following an amalgamation that that led to the formation of a distinguished executive search company, she played an instrumental role in building a few practices. She has witnessed firsthand the establishment of a global executive search brand through strategic mergers, acquisitions, and acquihires.

She holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering, specialized in Industrial Engineering & Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
